How quickly can I find a pro?
Most tasks get their first match within 8 minutes during business hours. Urgent tasks can be matched in under 2 minutes.
Is payment safe?
Yes. Payments are held in Stripe escrow until the job is completed. Funds are only released when both parties confirm.
How do you verify professionals?
All pros complete ID verification. PRO and PREMIUM tier masters undergo background checks and license verification where applicable.
How much does it cost?
Posting tasks is free for clients. Masters pay a 10% platform fee on completed jobs, or subscribe to PRO/PREMIUM for lower fees.
Do I need to download an app?
No. YoFix runs entirely inside Telegram — you use the bot and mini app you already have.
What areas do you serve?
We are launching in major US metros first, expanding nationwide through 2026.
What if a job goes wrong?
Our dispute resolution team reviews evidence from both sides and holds funds until resolved. Refunds or partial payments are issued as warranted.
Can I cancel a task?
Yes. Clients can cancel before a pro is assigned with no fee. After matching, cancellation policies depend on timing.
