1. Acceptance of Terms
By using YoFix (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
YoFix is an online marketplace connecting individuals seeking home-service help (“Clients”) with independent service professionals (“Masters”). YoFix does not itself perform services; Masters are independent contractors.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Escrow
Payments are processed by Stripe. Client funds are held in escrow until job completion. Platform fees apply per the pricing page.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, harass other users, or post misleading listings.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. YoFix does not guarantee quality of services performed by Masters.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoFix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
